No. All people in the rental party at least 18 years old must sign a waiver as well as the parent or legal guardian of ALL minors under 18.

Yes. There is no additional charge for fuel, besides a nominal surcharge during times of excessively high fuel prices.

You must be 21 years old to rent watercraft. If you are at least 18 you can drive with a parent or guardian present.

Unless the weather is unsafe or the appointment can be rebooked to another party, due to high demand, we cannot issue a refund for cancellation.

Yes, tubes, skis and wakeboards are available with our rental boats and 25′ Deck Boat Rental with Captain and 26′ Deck Boat Rental with Captain. They are not available with the Boat Cruise with Captain or the Yacht Cruise.
Tubes are $40-$60, skis are $25, and the wakeboard is $30. This can be arranged at the time of rental.
Towing of anything behind a jet ski is NOT PERMITTED.

No, due to safety concerns, there is no towing allowed with jet ski rentals.

15-20 minutes is sufficient time of arrival prior to your rental time IF you have completed the Waiver for ALL participants as well as watching the safety and orientation videos in advance. ALL paperwork must be completed prior to arrival. This is completed through your confirmation email electronically on your phone or computer. There are no paper copies to sign when you arrive onsite.

Yes, everyone should be present at time of rental to confirm that required waivers and agreements are completed for all participants.

You are allowed to venture within approximately an 8 mile radius, ie. Michigan City to the west and Lakeside to the east.

Watercraft are not allowed ON the beach. However you are allowed to take them NEAR the beach. The boats have an anchor and we can provide an anchor for the jet skis. You will need to be very careful to not take the watercraft into shallow water which could damage the prop on the boat or clog the intake on the jet skis.

Your rental with Oselka Marina adds you as an additional insured to Oselka’s Marina charter vessel master policy. This policy includes certain liability coverage, which, generally, may pay for bodily injury or property damage ($50,000) caused by an accident during your rental.You are also covered for 1st party damage done to your vessel with a coverage limit of $1000. The liability coverage is subject to the actual terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of liability of the policy. No, pets are not allowed on any of the watercraft.

Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED on any rental watercraft that you operate yourself. IF a captain authorized by Oselka Marina is operating the vessel, alcoholic beverages are allowed. Excursions that allow alcoholic beverages are:

Therefore, it is illegal to use recreational drugs of any kind on any of our vessels.
