Boat safety training is included with your rental. You are required to watch a short safety video. Our staff provide an orientation of the vessel before you head out on your rental.

Q. Can one person show up to rent watercraft and then take it to others at the beach?
A. No. All people in the rental party at least 18 years old must be present to sign a waiver as well as the parent or legal guardian of ALL minors under 18.Q. Is there insurance included in the rentals?

Your rental with Oselka Marina adds you as an additional insured to Oselka’s Marina charter vessel master policy. This policy includes certain liability coverage, which, generally, may pay for bodily injury or property damage ($50,000) caused by an accident during your rental.You are also covered for 1st party damage done to your vessel with a coverage limit of $1000. The liability coverage is subject to the actual terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of liability of the policy. A. You are allowed to venture within approximately an 8 mile radius, ie. Michigan City to the west and Lakeside to the east.Q. Can I rent a tube, water skis, or a wakeboard with the boat?
A. Yes, tubes are $20-$60, skis are $25, and the wakeboard is $30. This can be arranged at the time of pick-up.Q. Are tubes or skis allowed with the jet ski rentals?
A. No, due to safety concerns, there is no towing allowed with jet ski rentals.
